How useful / useless is my experience?

Two years ago, my friend (programmer) brought to life a mobile app idea i’d mentioned to him. I had no coding knowledge as a marketing major so within our little partnership I had promised to fund the project and market it. I did this using money I’d inherited a while back.

I set up a marketing plan and paid for the whole thing out of pocket and it took off. I decided to take a break from college to pursue this, set up an LLC and everything. We went on to make a few more apps, and were very succesful for some time. However just recently we shut down, the income just wasn’t worth it anymore.

A couple of the apps did very well, however most of that success was due to influencer promotions and how I formatted them. Honestly while it was time consuming to maintain influencer relationships and find / set up the right deals, I don’t feel like I developed many hard skills.

So now here I am, a guy with an associates degree in marketing and zero ‘real’ employer/employee work experience. How should I leverage the 2 years experience I do have when trying to find a job?

Thanks in advance.

TLDR; Marketing student dropout owned a succesful online business for two years, succeeded due to soft skills only, business is now dissolved, how do I leverage my experience without many hard skills?

EDIT: I am considering going back to school as well, thankfully I’d be able to pay for it myself now thanks to the past two years.
