How to turn having worked for 22 different companies into a positive?

So I'm currently working as a night auditor at a hotel and I'm finally looking to finally apply for my first professional role. I have been working since I turned 14 and there has never been a period when I haven't been employed by somebody. I started at a small cafe in the town I grew up in, moved onto McDonalds where I worked for four years, before eventually moving to Sydney for university.

I moved out of home a month after turning 18 and supported myself through an Architecture degree at university (i.e. 80+ hour weeks of study at some points during the semester). I thankfully had a friend that helped me get into a role as a Brand Ambassador at a marketing agency - a role that saved me from having to work for a percentage of minimum wage when I was under 21 (Australia has a law where employees below 21 can be paid a percentage of minimum wage instead of the full minimum wage), and instead paid me above minimum wage - the difference between me barely being able to complete my degree and having to drop out and go back to my small town to work at McDonalds.

Due to the nature of the work I did in Sydney, I managed to always be able to find an event, promotion, conference, etc. to work at by being an employee, or contractor, for 17 different agencies. Most of the time I was able to take the most appealing roles and turn down the ones that conflicted most with my schedule. I have managed to represent some of Australia and the world's most influential brands at some of the nation's largest events, as well as having managed up to 10 staff at conferences with 3000+ guests.

I have (temporarily) filled almost any role you can imagine - from flyering on a busy city street, to managing data for the nation's biggest supermarket, to managing staff at a Salesforce conference, to handling dogs for a promotion at a shopping centre. So, to summarise, I have a degree in Architecture, Design and Urban Planning (with hints of programming) and over four years of experience in marketing and events. And now I'm stuck with the challenge of turning my extensive work history into a positive, as I'm stuck with a job that is slowly ruining my health, and that doesn't really pay me a living wage. I have worked for exceptionally great businesses, and some horrible businesses that have since ceased to exist. I have seen a lot and I have a lot to offer.

I should also note that the reason that I am still not working in marketing/promotions in Sydney is that because my degree finished I saw it as an opportunity to get out of the nasty, narcissistic rate race that is Sydney to go and live in the stunning natural beauty of the Bow Valley in Alberta, Canada.
