How long do I wait after my interview to follow-up?

Hello! I was called in to a in-person interview on November 15th for Fry’s Groceries, the interviewer asked me generic questions read from paper, asked for my availability, and then told me she’d email or call me back to notify me wether I got the job. I’d like to mention that there were a few other candidates that hadn’t been interviewed waiting behind me. There were about 5 positions open and I told her I could do 2 of those 5. How long should I wait to follow-up with the manager? I don’t know if anyone has experienced the same thing I have, I just may be a little anxious.
