Hi reddit this is my 1st ever post I'm not very good at writing but here it goes...
I have 2 amazing opportunities in the upcoming year I have been working in the uk as a asstiant manager and progressed very quickly in the last 3 years starting out as a waiter and now I can run a multi million pound business pretty much but in the last 6 months or so I wanted to change jobs due to bad management in the company and do what my auntie does and work on private yaghts as a deck hand and travel the world a bit and earn some good money but last week I got a offer from our new area manger he seem to have tacking a licking to me and he wants to give me my own pub in January and I really don't know what to do. When I started at this company I really wanted to become a GM and have my own placeand be proud of it and make it the best but I don't know if it's a good idea any more it's a massive opportunity for someone my age and to turn down the offer is a huge risk of never having that chance again but at the same time I have huge opportunity to see the world and do something completely different and way out of my comfort zone I have completed all of my training for yaghting and just need to pay of my car and I can go but should I ? Please help !
