Graduated 3 years ago no experience, will this hurt my chances?

I have a associate’s and bachelor’s degree in business and I have no administrative or office experience at all. I’ve only had 2 retail jobs in between these past couple of years. Will being out of school for so long with no experience hurt my chances?
