Do I step down from my promotion and go back to being on the floor?

I work at Walgreens in my town. I also go to community college full time. As of right now it’s been about 7 or 8 months with my promotion being a shift lead. I get paid pretty well seeing as I make a little over 14 dollars an hour. I’m really struggling though with time off and am constantly getting run down to the point of me wanting to just fall asleep anywhere I can. If I step down though I will be getting paid around 10.75 or so. Which is quite a punch in the gut. I’m saving up for a new (pre-owned) car as I’ve been driving a 1991 Jeep Wrangler since I turned 17 (has been around 3 and 1/2 years). I don’t know what’s best for me. Either stepping down and working less to get more time to myself or to just suck it up and stay as is.
