Never formally quit a job before, they have all just ended due to seasons ending and stuff like that. Im a full time student with 1 job thats about 15 hours a week and my 2nd job I picked up during summer is an additional 12-18 hours a week. I requested 5 days off right before Christmas to go on vacation with my girlfriend and they have yet to approve the time off even though I requested it 3 weeks ago. When I asked about it they didn’t really answer me. At this point Im burnt out from working 30 hours a week on top of going to school full time and the fact that they won’t approve my time off is getting me even more frustrated. Im also a graphic designer and photographer and I have had no time to grow my own business/brand due to working and/or going to class 7 days a week. The place I want to quit at is severely understaffed so I feel like they’ll be mad if I quit, but that isn’t my fault so I shouldn’t feel bad. Just looking for any advice. Thanks
