I’ve been offered an assistant department manager for a company I’ve been with off an on for 3 years now. I’m scare to take it because I’m not sure how well they’ll pay me since as a sales person I can fluctuate the pay since it’s commission base. I’ve been offered the same position in my old department but my new department will pay more. I’m just scare I can’t handle it.
I’m cable of being an adm, however my coworkers who I will work above are all veterans in the company and have been there for 10+ years. I’m still very young (20) and I’m afraid I won’t get the respect. Everyone loves me and respects me as their equal but I’m not sure as their boss.
I also just got out of a relationship, and I question if I can emotionally stable.
I was in school, but now I don’t know what I want to do. I was in school for a science degree but as of now I’ve postponed.
TL;DR : I got offered a new position, lots of questions and Indecisive.
