My pay at this company is slightly under what I think I should be paid. However, the competitors original offer was lesser at first. But just now they emailed me hinting that they may beat my pay if I tell them what I'm making now. What should I do? Quitting after a week of work would be mean. Should i only consider if its say, 10-20k more than my current pay?
