Did very well on my yearly review but found my company posted my job to Indeed. Kind of freaking out.

I really like my current job. I’ve been at my company for a year, I’m paid well, my bosses are nice people. To preface; I came here after working in a toxic work environment for 5+ years. It’s been a nice change, but at my old job there were several scarring moments. Such as my previous employer making me train potential replacements for my position in an attempt to "manage me out".

My yearly review was a few weeks ago, during which I was told by my manager that I was doing a good job and that I was getting a raise. I have a terrible case of imposter syndrome, so it was nice to hear.

My mind was at ease until yesterday when I saw through a shared company inbox that someone in HR had posted a listing for the exact job I applied for and got at the company last year. My managers haven’t said anything about it and haven’t acted in a way that would lead me to believe they were unhappy with my performance.

Understandably, I’m freaking out. They hired me and another person (who also did well on their review) last year for this role and as far as I know, they haven’t expressed a need for another person with our current workload. Do I need to start looking for a new job? I’m not a confrontational person, so bringing it up to my manager is out of the question.
