Currently working in warehouse, got a job interview for outbound call centre

Im currently working in warehouse for year and a half doing mostly putting away stocks, it got really boring as Im doing the same tasks everyday. I tried applying jobs online hoping Id get into office jobs, got a call interview from one of the company I applied to and will be having a group interview tomorrow. Is it worth trying it? I have no idea what it seems like working in call centers. Any tips? Thank you!
