Crazy bartender

I have been working at a bar for a month, and the girl who I work with is super pushy and rude. She told me today that I should stop telling guys I have a boyfriend so I make more money. I found this very insulting. She said some guys were saying I was cute but I have a boyfriend. She also consistently pushes me to drink after I tell her no. She is really bringing me down.
