Being recruited by good size company. Had two phone interviews with recruiter and someone senior to my position. I have been asked to have some in-person interviews. Zero discussion of current salary or my expectations. I am guessing this is a good sign?

I am a PM and a recruiter from Company X got in touch with me via Linkedin about a Senior PM position. We had a ~30 minute phone conversation and then a week or so later that recruiter contacted me to have a phone interview with a Senior PM at the corporate home office. That lasted about 30 minutes and then the next morning I got a note from the recruiter about scheduling some in-person interviews. I have never been asked about current salary or my expectations. I am assuming this is a good sign and that Company X is open to paying a very strong salary for this position. The Senior PM said they very strongly desire to have this person in place by the end of this year. Am I reading the lack of salary discussion correctly? I feel like if there was a salary limit they were looking to hit that the question would be asked fairly early on before spending so much time with someone.
