Accepted job offer at Firm A (recommended by friend), a couple hours later was invited to an interview for Firm B (company I really want to work for)

So I recently accepted a job offer at "Firm A", great pay, great benefits, seems like a decent working environment, maybe a little too uptight for my personality, but I was in no position to turn it down. They just want to know my start date. I've been out of work, job hunting for a month, so I'd want to start as soon as possible.

A couple hours later, "Firm B" emailed me wanting to schedule an interview for this Friday. I felt like this firm is a much better fit for me, a lot more laid back, (I have tattoos and piercings, and wouldn't have to worry about hiding them here), the firm's values are a lot more aligned with my own, doing projects that I'd actually be interested in, for all intents and purposes, my perfect job.

Here's the issues:

• A good friend of mine recommended me to their friends who worked at "Firm A", that was basically my "in"
• The industry I'm in in this city is a fairly close knit community, so everyone knows everyone, and word gets around
• Considering the above, burning bridges is not the best option
• I'd most likely be starting working at Firm A by Friday and won't be able to schedule an interview during work hours for "Firm B" anyways unless I can reschedule things around
• Both firms are literally a block away from each other

I'm thinking about just going with "Firm A", considering there's a chance I might not even get hired at "Firm B", plus I don't want to burn any of those bridges. I was thinking about sending an email to Firm B declining for an interview because I've already accepted an offer, but mention "I would still be very interested for another opportunity in the future, should my needs change." Maybe I work there for a couple years, then see if "Firm B" is still interested?
