So I had recently accepted a position at a large bank for a s&t internship for the summer and came into an issue when undergoing my background check.
A little context, I had applied to this position early in summer (early may) with transcripts issued to me by school and everything went well, went though the whole interview process, super day no issues at all. Then my school sends us an email saying the transcripts they had sent us were not valid (aka grades can be drastically different) and could be different and we should inform the places we had applied to of the issues.
When undergoing my background check the bank pointed out that the grades were different and without giving me a chance to explain, rescinded my offer. Would there be a way to get my school to contact them about this as this is something that I had worked incredibly hard for? Any advice would help.
