I had an in person interview last Monday and it went really great. They actually emailed me before I even got home and said thanks for coming in, we will be in touch with the next steps. We are hoping to make some decisions about the role in the next weeks or so. That was 8 days ago and I have heard nothing since. I've never waited this long to hear back so do I just leave it or should I send a follow up email to them? Thanks in advance!
