spouse visa, chances to find job with economics degree? xpost /r/immigration

I need to find what are the chances of a person with a spouse visa finding a job in the U.S. with an economics degree from an eastern european college.Person is in late 20s, has some proficiency with English, has worked several years in factory operations (preparing production reports) for an international company.
