Should I send an updated resume after I interview?

I had an interview yesterday and noticed that the interviewers all had another version of my resume which was different from the one I had submitted for the job. They had a job applicant system that wasn’t working for this position for me so I emailed my resume to someone, but I guess they pulled my resume from their system from when I applied to previous positions. The updated version of my resume is formatted to include more experience and is tailored to the job description. Should I send all of them my updated resume when I send my thank you emails? Please advise!
