Applied to a rival company for a more senior role with more responsibilities. Pay would be the same initially as I’m already at the top of the pay grade for my sort of role, but I’m only 25 years old, and it would be a much more impressive role, with better advancement opportunities. I’m conflicted, my current job is unfulfilling but easy.
