I learned that the company I'm interviewing at was involved in a Salmonella outbreak. Do I bring this up at all in the interview?

So I have an interview tomorrow for a QC position and while researching the company I found out they were involved in a Salmonella outbreak 8 or 9 years ago. I've never heard of the company until I applied so I didn't know this beforehand. Should I bring this up at all and ask what has been done to ensure better testing or what the protocol is? I'm worried not bringing it up will make it look like I didn't research the company but I don't want to say anything bad at the same time.
