Relocation Cost Experience

Anyone have recent experience with a company offering relocation expenses? I've never gone through this and I'm not sure what to expect. I'm going through a 3rd party and they want to set up a meeting next week to discuss my move.

My new job is about 90 miles away and I'll be moving closer for the first year, but eventually I'll move back to my original location and just commute. I won't disclose that I will be moving back after a year of course.

I'm a single guy, but I want to maximize what they can provide. Also, if I quit within a certain time, it's safe to assume I have to pay this back? Thanks!
