How to explain why I left?

I resigned from my current job because of issues with my boss/the company. She constantly favored other employees, put me in situations that were not ok(I worked as a teacher and she’d constantly give me more kids than our state allows).

I just couldn’t take it anymore so I resigned. I’m currently applying for jobs but some of them want to know why I left(it’s more of a form application)
