People say not to say things which are relevant to the job as a weakness but shouldn't you be honest?

Like a job which requires multitask and working in fast paced environment often, people tend to avoid mentioning them but there is a reason that is a requirement. So if you get hired just to not be able to do them then what is the point? People should instead come clean about it to avoid having to face what is not able for them. So what I am trying to say is, if you are not able to do the requirements you should drop the opportunity and look elsewhere for one that suit you more.
