Beforehand, I apologize for my bad english, it isn't my mother tongue.
Since I live in switzerland and we have a slightly different education system than america, I'm already out of school working a full-time job.
I have a standart office-job at a local insurance company, working 8h daily infront of a computer... It's not that I hate my job, I mean I have great working conditions with a wage of nearly 5'000$/month.
It's just I have 0 motivation for working, because it's so boring, always doing the same stuff over and over again... I was always interested in more creative jobs like graphic design, product design, video design or restoring old cars or simply doing stuff where I can create something.
The thing is I'm afraid of so much things: What if I don't find something I really love and would like to do for my whole life? What if I don't get the right job? What if my family doesn't support my job-change? What if i'm just not good enough for the job that I want? What if I fail? What if, what if, what if....
These aspects bother me and then I think it's much easier to just stay at my job with a stable income and good working conditions.
What shall I do? Should I stay? Should I quit? Should I quit later in my life and stay for a bit? (Remember I'm only 18 so I have enough time left). It's not that im sad and depressed with my working situation right now. I'm just not really happy either.
