Need Help/Idead

I’m 25 and unemployed. Been without a job for over a year. I have an associates degree (general AA though I majored in Accounting) and forklift certification, but no job and my creativity in job hunting is waning. I’m in Florida btw and a I’m a heavy weed smoker, so admittedly that is somewhat a barrier. I’m a fully capable human and I know how to get sh done, but I don’t necessarily have the initiative or drive that I should. How can I get an employer to accept me for me, and what are some good long-term jobs with decent financial security? Please help me out reddit users
