Need help quitting

Hello! My last/first job was 5 years at a family-owned business since I was 18 and I've never had to quit a job. I moved and got a new job but I hate it. It's another small business and I've only been here less than two months but I'm ready to leave. How do I bring up to my bosses that I'd like to leave? I don't really want to do the whole 2 weeks because fuck that but I also realize there's only one other girl who only does reception like I do. All employees are trained on FD but they do the main services of the shop. I'd feel really bad for just being like, "Hey! Don't like the way you run this business and I'd like out by the end of this week so I can just get my paycheck and be done with y'all!"

But without saying exactly that.
