I graduated college last May. I got my first “real job” in my field in March before I graduated and began to work (I was only taking two classes so I worked 40 hours no issue around my class sched). I’m wondering when is a good time to start applying for new positions? This was a great starter point but I’m looking to make a change but I don’t want to leave too early. My question is how long is long enough to stay at your first job without seeming flakey.
