Debating on 2 jobs offers

Job #1:

Pro's:

• Big respectable company with lots of room to move around if I get bored and should look better on my resume.
• They have a 9/80 (ever other Friday off) schedule so I can save up my vacation and spend time with family on the weekends.
• They are also providing a secret clearance so that will be beneficial to me in the future.

Con's:

• Commute (1.5 hours one way and no option to move closer).
• I've never met the hiring manager so I'm not sure what his/her style is like.
• Even though secret clearance is a plus, there's a chance I might not get it, which they could terminate me for (this is a big worry for me right now, very big worry).

Job #2:

Pro's:

• Smaller company so I can learn more and have more responsibilities and a shorter commute (1hr).
• I've met the hiring manager and most of the staff and they all seemed nice and normal. They seemed eager to get me onboard so that's a good feeling.
• No clearance so it should be a slam dunk to start working soon.

Con's:

• No 9/80 schedule, I'm use to 9/80 so it'll be difficult to get back to a 5 day work schedule.
• Smaller company with lots of competitors so business might not be stable in the future.

My gut is telling me job #2, but my head is telling me job #1. Salary is the same for both. Any feedback would be appreciated!
