Should you be worried if a company you are interviewing for does not have a presence on glass door (employee reviews) and a small linked in page/general online presence?

I am in the interview process for a company called The Spaventa Group(TSG). They made some promises on commissions that seemed to good to be true. They claimed to pride themselves in the fact that their workers are all in the top 1% of earners in the U.S, even though they do not offer a base pay. They also don’t offer benefits. I’ve found practically nothing in terms of online presence, but they claim to be this big powerful company who’s commission rates are superior in the venture capital space. Would these things alarm you in your job search?

P.s the interview process only includes one phone call, followed by a zoom interview. No In-person interview. Seems odd
