Had first interview last Tuesday, was told I’d be contacted for a second interview and still haven’t heard anything. What should I do?

So timeline of events:

Applied at an international logistics company. Maybe 16 or 17 days after applying, their talent acquisition emails me to set up interview with hiring manager via zoom. Have that interview last Tuesday, it goes well and HM says I’m moving on to a second interview with the person that would be my direct supervisor if I am hired on. HM said that talent acquisition would email me again. I’m in the US so I know the holiday weekend happened but I haven’t heard anything yet.

I’m not certain if i should keep waiting or reach out with a polite email inquiring about the next steps or send a thank you note or ??? I really really want this job but all this waiting and not knowing is making me anxious.

I’d appreciate any advice, thank you.
