I have an interview tomorrow with 5 people. Not sure if I should ask...

- What they like about working there.
- What separates someone who is adequate at this position from someone who is exceptional at this position.
- What can I start working on today to make me more effective if I am hired.
- Next steps.
It would be my first full time job (entry-level) and I was wondering if the questions are overkill? I want to ask the first especially, but it seems a bit awkward with 5 people?
