I'm from Venezuela, I've been a virtual assistant for around 3 years, but I have always been doing the same over and over not learning anything new and always making the same amount of money, I'm currently making $4 an hour which is just enough to survive but not enough for medical expenses if you get sick and not enough to save money or pay a decent rent, it all goes to food, toiletries, services and internet fees.
I would like to start making at least $5 an hour working as a virtual assistant, I know it's possible because there's virtual assistants in the US making $20 an hour and I consider I can be as effective as them working remotely (even much better than average if my employer pays me a course to increase my skills), but I just don't know where to find customers that would be willing to work with me remotely as I'm not American.
Could anybody give me a hand here? Where could I find a consistent job that pays me at least $5 hourly?
