What/when should I tell my boss that I'm quitting?

I am interviewing with a different company and have cleared all the interviews and waiting for the offer letter.

My current company is sending me to a training next week and also putting me in new Projects.

How do I handle this? Should I tell my boss that I'm considering a different position outside? I am not comfortable sharing this information until I get the written offer from the new company.

My boss and her boss are super nice and open folks. They always wish the best to me and other colleagues.
