Long story short, I am applying for a job application, and it asks for my supervisor's name for my previous job. I actually had two managers- one oversaw me for the first month and a half, while the other manager was new who I didn't get along with (to put it mildly) and eventually fired me. I learned through the LinkedIn grapevine that she no longer works there. Should I still fill out the blank with both of the supervisor's name?
