I’m 17 and quite a competitive person but I don’t let that show at my job. I been there for half a year and saw a new wave of workers and to assist in the wave the old workers were givin a promotion to a lead manager. So my question is why didn’t I get one?
I’m certified to do 4 other positions at that job but they only assign me to 1 although I’m trained in the others
I work twice as hard to insure the safety of our customers (I work at an amusement park)
Literally trained 10 other workers and they are all doing well
During clean up I’m the first one done and help others when I’m allowed to leave for the day
1 of the leads was hired the same time as me as the same position and got promoted and another was hired 4 months ago and got one too
Now I’m tempted to tell my manager that I’m going to quit if I don’t get a promotion is this the way to go?
