I can't get hired anywhere

I've been searching for a job for a couple of weeks and I can't get hired anywhere. I have 10yrs (moderate) experience as an administrative assistant, but I never get a call back for an interview. I've even tried applying for a receptionist. It seems every job wants you to be an expert at Quickbooks (I automatically skip those/same with Adobe) I'm okay at Excel, definitely not an expert, but I know I can improve.

Has anyone hired a professional resume writer? Maybe my resume is turning companies off? Does every Administrative Assistant know Quickbooks? What about certifications?

The funny thing, I'm fighting for a job I don't even want.
