Would you quit/start looking for a new job if you were asked to go back into the office full time?

Some of us have been asked to go back into the office full time and it’s been a shock to the system, whilst the others are working from home part time which I think is quite unfair. I’m still quite new so I understand why I can’t work from home yet but I’m not sure how long my body/mental health can handle it. I’ve requested to work from home at least once a week, I’m just waiting for an answer. If they say no, then I may quit and look for another job who can offer more flexibility.
