I've been at my job for almost 5 years, and now work remotely full time. I am no longer happy with the company I work for and would like to move on to another remote position ASAP. However, I will be moving out of my state in the near future, but I don't have have a set date. I will be moving for family reasons, so I am just waiting on that. Is it a good idea to look for a new job and just update the new employer whenever the move needs to happen? Or should I suck it up at my current job until then? I anticipate the move happening in a few months and I would probably need a week off to do everything for it, but who knows.
For context: sometimes I am borderline in tears when I think of going back to work the next day.
