Quit my job of two years two weeks ago because the pressure was affecting me mentally. Here is an update.

I quit my job two weeks ago due to the stress and lack of help from management. I was less than two weeks from a promotion making $50,000 a year and working so hard to find and obtain what I really wanted. I couldn’t handle it mentally and quit my job. I got offered a position and accepted with a $6 raise. Which is $8,000 less a year. I love my career and just wanted to be at peace mentally. Now I feel like I’m going from sugar to sh*t. Any advice?
