Is it completely unreasonable to consider changing job locations within the same company if I just started 6 weeks ago?

I accepted an offer that was out of state and moved to that city. Love the city and weather, but I'm not happy with the doctor I work with. We work somewhat closely together and it's been a challenge trying to get on his good side. He's a great doctor, but has treated me somewhat poorly from the beginning. Is it completely unreasonable to reach out to my boss about changing locations?
