Any tips for neurodivergent people for interviews?

Does anyone have tips for covering neurodivergent traits during job interviews or simple intro phone calls?

I am diagnosed with dyspraxia (DCD) and ADHD and take medication for the latter, and do not disclose this information to interviewers or anywhere on the job application. Nonetheless, I feel like many interviewers pick up these "quirks" from me and make their minds up midway through the interview. At this point of being unemployed for a year, I need to improve on masking these traits and making a positive impression.
