what could a highschool dropout put on their resumé?

i’m 15, and my auntie got me a job interview for today at the place she works (it’s a job at a smaller fast food place, and it’s cash in hand), i have not been to school in 3 years, and quite honestly i leave my house once every few months, sometimes not at all , so i have no experience whatsoever, and i’m stuck on what i should put on my resumé, as i have had no previous work and i can’t even put down that i’m attending school, should i just not bring a resumé and explain my situation? i’m worried if they hear that i don’t go out or that i’m not in school i won’t get the job. i’m honestly freaking out.
