Should I tell my manager I’m working another part time job?

I applied for tons of part-time jobs for the summer, and barely any got back to me, but I got 2 offers within a few days of each other and accepted both (I haven’t worked before, these are my first jobs). I’ve been working both for about 3 weeks and haven’t had much of an issue with scheduling but recently one job (we’ll call job A) is giving me a LOT of hours which is making it difficult to schedule for job B. Job A Manager likes to give schedules weeks in advance, but the issue here is that those schedules don’t give me adequate availability with job B, which we put in our availability for on a weekly basis. Job B manager is aware of Job A, but not the other way around. It doesn’t help that I don’t even like working Job A, and quite honestly I want less hours there. Should I talk to Job B manager about my tight schedule with job A, or let job A manager know I’m working another job, and ask for less hours/more flexibility? I guess I’m just sort of scared to tell manager A because I’ve been working there for 3 weeks and haven’t mentioned it, yet with manager B I told him the day of (I didn’t think I would like it very much and expected to quit soon). With the schedule being planned so far in advance, I also feel like he’s gonna be really pissed because it’s gonna be a pain in the ass to move everything around, he’s already gotten mad at me once for telling him I was unavailable one day. Very sorry if this was confusing to read, but any and all help would be VERY appreciated. Thanks.

Also not sure if this is the right subreddit or tag, so sorry if it’s not.
