Should I put my former work experience on my application?

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this but I'm applying to home depot. The last job I had is related work experience but I didn't exactly leave the company on good terms. I have depression and I ended up falling apart and leaving without ever actually quitting. Despite that, is it a still a good idea to put it on my resume?
