NYC Job Applicants?? Any luck?

My roommate and I are both finance majors. We graduated in 2018 and started working as junior accountants in fall of 2018. We got furloughed last year due to COVID-19 (I worked in the hospitality industry which took a big hit) and have been applying for jobs for a while now .. has anyone else been struggling finding a finance/accounting related job in the city? Any suggestions help. Thanks
