I got a new job but after the first day, I want to quit!

First of all, I am very grateful for this job that I have gotten. For the last 4-5 months, I have been working for myself as a contractor for shipt (grocery delivery). It has made me some good money but I needed extra money for a huge goal of mine and to pay off some debt. I am on my first day of the job (wfh job) and I am so disappointed with the benefits. First red flag, can’t accrual PTO until after 180 days ( it’s not being built up doing that time at all) and red flag #2 is I also have to wait after 180 days to be eligible for holiday pay! Their benefits were advertised way differently when I applied and now they seem to add on all the unsaid things. What do you guys think? I’m apply to other places as well.
