Do I really have to make a new account for each "Workday" application?

Like a lot of people I'm pretty used to endless applications by now. The ones that baffle me are those serviced by Workday i.e. [somecompany].wd1.myworkdayjobs.com. From my end it seems like I need a new account for each of these separate companies/applications which is crazy to me because my password manager is having trouble keeping all of them straight.

Is this correct or am I missing something?
