Did you see red flags while interacting with a manager during an interview? If so, did those red flags manifest into something worse after you started the job and started working with said manager?

Just finished up an interview, and I feel like crap. Not because I screwed it up, but because the entire time it felt like I was being cut off by the manager who interviewed me, they didn't seem to be listening, etc. Then they essentially said they had serious reservations about whether or not I could actually do the job if hired.

All in all, it just felt like an uphill battle and like I was having to prove myself the entire time (or more so than any other interview I've had in recent memory).

If I were to get hired, and it's constantly me having to prove myself, I don't want any part of that.
