Any advice for my predicament?

So I received a voice message, it was a lady asking me to call her back to have a telephone interview. My problem is, I could barely understand what she was saying because of (1) her not so good English, and (2) the audio quality was also quite low (the quality wasn’t terrible, but paired with her bad English it’s a pretty bad situation).I feel like I’m going to have to ask her to repeat herself basically every time she says anything, and since the job position is customer service working from home (meaning 100% of the job will be on the phone) I feel like it’s going to make me unfavourable for the job since the interview will pretty much consist of me asking her to repeat herself. Does anyone have any advice?
