quitting a job after 1 month, after getting a better opportunity

recent college grad here, working at my first ft gig

i accepted an offer from a pretty small ad agency and have been working there for a month. recently, i got an offer for a great program at a really great, bigger ad agency (so same field) that i had applied for a while ago but the process took longer. this new offer is a dream, but i’m worried that jumping ship from my current job so soon will cause me to have bad relationships with them that could hurt me in the future (advertising is built on relationships).

am i paranoid/does this happen often and i shouldn’t worry about it? thanks! (from an anxious overthinking young professional)
